I am captivated by the wonderful light and colour we have in this part of the world.... I surf and enjoy our clean,clear ocean and am constantly challenged to capture that feeling of sunshine and warmth on canvas.
I enjoy using various mediums and trying new things. Love drawing animals and people mainly.
I started with pencil, then turned to pen & ink drawings, then had a go with pastels, now I'm trying Acrylic paint and have had a go at a few small oil paintings.
I also tinker with wood carving and making beaded jewellery
I have been illustrating freelance all most of my 32 years,from cartoons to caricatures , album art and t-shirt designs for graphic art studios.I have recently completed studying animation traditional and flash with some skills in 3d modeling.Ive been involved in the art scene in brisbane and now recently moved to ballina i hope to tap in too the scene here.

Kim moved to Spain at the age of 12 where he met many artists.
