REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available for faulty and damaged physical items only, if BBA is notified and the item shipped back to us within 5 days of arrival. Shipping expenses for returns will be covered by the purchaser.

As all our digital prints are of the highest quality and printed specifically for the clients there will be no refund on the digital prints. In the event of damage to the prints we will honour the refund within 5 days of receiving the goods. Return shipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All prints to be handled with gloves. 

Artists will endeavor to ship the work within 5 working days.

In the event that the fine art is not suitable, a refund will be offered if returned within 5 days of arrival.
